The Card House offers features, products, and services to you, the user, when you visit or shop at the Card House. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Other trademarks may appear on The Card House but not be owned by The Card House, including but not limited to logos for Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh TCG, Dragon Ball Super, Flesh and Blood, Dungeons & Dragons, and Digimon TCG. These materials are the property of their respective owners who may or not be connected to or affiliated directly with The Card House.
RISKS AND LIABILITY
Items purchased from the Site will be shipped by The Card House and will be the responsibility of The Card House until receipt of shipment is confirmed by the shipping service. The Card House is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items and is not liable for any loss or damages due to late or non-delivery of your purchased items. If there is an issue with your shipment, contact us.
