Shop on our Site to get your products straight to your door. You can choose Delivery Store Pick Up at The Card House for free as well!
All transactions on the Site are completed in Australian dollar (AUD).
We offer several payment methods for a convenient shopping experience:
Credit/Debit Card:
At The Card House, we accept Visa and MasterCard payments both online and in-store. Your security is of our utmost concern, and you can be confident we take every reasonable precaution to protect our customer’s privacy and security. Paypal:
We also accept online payment via PayPal. Simply select this option at the checkout and you will be redirected to complete your purchase through PayPal’s Payment Portal. For further details, head to the PayPal Site (https://www.paypal.com/au/home).
COLLECT IN-STORE
We offer a free in-store pickup option for all online purchases. Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be ready for collection, as transfer from warehouse to store is made once per week. This lead time accounts for the picking, processing, and transfer of your order from the warehouse to the store. We recommend to choose express shipping if you need the items in urgent.
FAILURE TO COLLECT IN-STORE
Orders placed via our Site with the In-Store pick up option are required to be collected from the Card House retail store location within 30 days of receiving your Pick-up notice via email.
If you cannot collect your order within this period, contact us (Link page) to discuss other options.
DISPATCH TIME
We want to make sure that you can spend as much as time as possible with your new purchase, so we thrive to be efficient at packing and shipping orders as fast as we can! Our usual order turn-around time is 1-4 business days for Online Shipping orders.
SHIPPING
We offer Domestic Standard (tracking provided) and Express (tracking provided) Shipping. We recommend opting for Express Shipping to maximise safety, efficiency, and timely delivery of orders.
Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you confirming dispatch with any relevant tracking information.
Occasionally, due to circumstances outside of The Card House’s control, shipping delays may occur.
