Refund & Cancellation Policy
We offer refunds and exchange for most full-price and sale products. All returned items will be carefully inspected by our staff to ensure the conditions below are met. It is expected that our customers contact us of any issues relating to their order prior to returning an order. Orders sent back without prior confirmation from the Card House will not be accepted as returns.
Return timeframes for:

In-Store: 14 days from date of purchase

Online: 14 days from date of delivery or store pick-up
We will happily provide an exchange, refund, or store credit for products purchased in-store or online, subject to the following conditions:

The products being returned are in sealed, unused, original condition, with tags, and original packaging

Proof of Purchase accompanies the returned product

The request for return or exchange is within 14 days from the date of purchase or collection

The product is not a perishable good, a custom product, or a personal care good

The item was not an in-store exclusive clearance product or on sale

Any return postage for change of mind is to be covered by the customer

Faulty products.
Any returns deemed non-compliant with the above conditions will consequently not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Note that online refunds are provided for the product only and do not include reimbursement for any shipping already paid.
CHANGE OF MIND AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation by Customer: If you decide to cancel your online order due to a change of mind, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover our surcharges and operational costs associated with processing your order, restocking the products and handling the cancellation. The 25% fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to Card House stock issues, you will be notified and offered an alternative product or a full refund. In this instance no cancellation fee will be implemented and a full refund will be provided.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Some products may be non-refundable. Some examples include; but are not limited to:

Card House does not typically accept change of mind returns after an order item has been shipped. However, at our discretion, if we decide to accept a change of mind return, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the goods have been shipped & received back at The Card House.
DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGE
Exchange will only be offered on items qualifying for a refund. All items to be exchanged need to be returned within 7 days of delivery. The cost of the original postage will not be reimbursed or refunded; however, if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your original order. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUND PROCESSING
Any approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method, and you will be contacted as soon as this occurs. Payments made via credit/debit card may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account. This is dependent on the policies of your financial institution and out of The Card House’s control.
